"I'm fine, I don't need rescuing." Elium said, trying to tug his hand back, but no where near as strong as his brothers. "I'm happy here."
"They've got him brainwashed, Perin. We gotta get him home quickly." He said, rushing the three of them out and to the horses they had hidden away.

"Come on, Elium, it's gonna be fine." Perin said, getting Elium up onto his horse before climbing on after him, hurrying off before they were noticed. "Yes!! We've rescued you!!"

Elium bit his lip and glanced back at the kingdom, one hand gently pressed against his stomach where the egg rested. He knew it wouldn't be long before Aran would start looking for him, and he worried dearly about him. "You guys have to take me back. I'm glad to see you, but Aran is going to be worried when he can't find me."

"Like hell we are, that snake bastard isn't keeping you as a pet anymore." Perin frowned, noticing the bump on Elium now that they were on their way home. "Elium...why is there a bulge in your abdomen? What did that evil thing do to you??"

"Aran isn't evil, he's kind." Elium said defensively, frowning worriedly when he was asked. "He's done nothing I didn't allow." He said softly, knowing his brothers wouldn't take what he was about to tell them well. "All Nagas have one egg they can lay in their lifetime, doesn't matter the gender." He said, looking down at his stomach. "They choose a potential mate, and if accepted, they lay their egg within them."
"Wait, he laid something in you?!" Eiveryn gasped, looking disgusted. "That has to get out of you, that is disgusting and evil!"

"When we get home, you're seeing the doctor first thing and getting that removed!" Perin growled, shuddering at the thought of Aran laying an egg in Elium. He only relaxed when home started to come into view, steadily getting closer as they rode.
Meanwhile, Aran had discovered that his mate was gone, and was proceeding to destroy everything in his path and anyone that stood in his way. His sisters had to restrain him, eventually, when he couldn't be calmed.

"I refuse!" Elium said, turning to glare at his brother. "I chose this, this is my child, and I will be damned if I let anyone try and harm them!" He said angrily. "If it wasn't dangerous, I would get off this horse right now and walk my way back to the Naga kingdom!"

"I am." Eiveryn said with a frown. "And this is troubling. That snake must have done more to our dear little brother, to make him so unlike himself."
Elium grit his teeth and glared at both of them. "Aran did nothing to change me. In fact, I was actually happy there. I had more freedom there than I ever did here at home." He said, crossing his arms.
