Re: That's one Elf of a way to save a Kingdom

Elium nodded a little, he supposed that made sense. He hoped he would do all right among the others, especially since he had never been around many people. He slowly looked up at Aran after a few moments and blinked his lilac eyes at him. "Um... I don't know what to call you, I never got your name..." He said softly.

"Prince Aran, my sweet. Sir is also good, if you don't want to say the whole thing." Aran chuckled, cupping Elium's face and rubbing his cheek before nipping at his lips idly. "Gods, you're so cute~"

Elium gasped softly and blushed darkly. "I suppose that's why you wanted me, Prince Aran." He said softly, testing out Aran's name.

"Mm~ You looked interesting." Aran shrugged, giving a yawn. "You might want to sleep, dear, the trip home is a long one. There's not much in here to pass the time, and I'm not going to have my first use of you be in a dirty old carriage."

Elium blushed and nodded a little. He was pretty tired, anyways. "All right, sir." He said softly. Honestly, it was weird calling someone else sir and Prince, rather than being called that himself. It was going to be something he doubted he'd get used to. He slowly closed his eyes as he thought of his new life ahead of him, and he fell asleep against the warmth of Aran's coils and the movement of the carriage.

Aran woke when they arrived home, and simply carried Elium inside. He changed his clothes into something more proper for a harem boy, before laying him out on his bed and curling around him while he waited for the elf to wake up. When he did, the naga would call for food to be brought up, already deciding that his new pet would be his favorite.

Elium slowly opened his eyes, at first confused to where he was until he remembered what had happened. He shifted and blushed when he realized Aran was curled around him, then frowned when he realized his clothes had been changed. Almost instantly, his hand went to touch his necklace that he always wore, and his heart dropped when it wasn't there. He quickly sat up and tried to feel around for it, hoping it had only been shifted on his neck. "M-My necklace, where is it?" He asked, looking at Aran with wide eyes.

"Hmm? Oh, here." Aran reached over to a nightstand and handed the trinket over, looking rather bored. "I got rid of your clothes, but I thought that might be rather important. Is it? I bet it is," He smiled, proud of himself for making such an astute observation.

Elium sighed in relief once he had the necklace in his hands again. He quickly moved to put it back on, smoothing it out after it was clasped into place. "Thank you... It is very important to me, it had been my mother's." He said lightly, a sad smile on his face. "I would have been devastated if I had lost it."

"Ah, good thing I saved it." Aran nodded, calling for a servant to bring them food. He stroked Elium's hair, gently rubbing the back of his neck. "Mm, tell me more about yourself, my sweet. I want to know about you."
